Richard Ellis is a specialist architectural and interior photographer, qualified by assessment through the British Institute of Professional Photography (BIPP), and holding a Master's Degree in Freelance Photography. Having originally studied architecture, he has unique insights into buildings and construction.
He is also certified by the Civil Aviation Authority to fly drones commercially, and uses a mast to take high level photos where drones are not permitted.
Based in Birmingham, he is within easy reach of the Midlands, London and the whole of the UK. He is equipped with full professional equipment, including tilt/shift lenses and large format film cameras, which give a combination of quality, composition and definition which is still the best available. Building products and components can be photographed at the factory or in situ.
His services are offered to architects, interior designers, property developers, real estate professionals and anyone who manages buildings in the leisure, retail, cultural and heritage sectors. Workshops and training are also provided.
